Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of software-as-a-service(SaaS) applications and services
  • Extensive experience in writing about SAAS and Tech
  • Extensive experience bringing new SaaS applications and services to market
  • Experience in mid-market (SMB) business applications: CRM, ERP/Finance, Marketing and/or HR
  • Experience working with customers in a sales, consulting, or support capacity a plus
  • 1+ ​ years of software product marketing experience
  • Excellent analytical, planning and process development skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • High level of initiative and strong business judgment
  • Partnering experience with SaaS vendors, consultancies and systems integrators
  • International and start-up experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the execution of creative integrated inbound and outbound marketing campaigns that build pipeline.
  • Strong emphasis on strategy, creative direction, campaign objectives, and measurement.
  • Establish and regularly review the complete lead lifecycle management process, including hand off points to Sales and methodology for lead qualification
  • Own and manage marketing automation strategy and execution
  • Act as primary interface with marketing automation and web property vendors
  • Track and report on all pipeline development metrics
  • Work closely with product marketing, marketing programs and sales to ensure effective closed loop marketing processes
