1. Quality is key: We have specific standards for our blog including looking for topic relevance, compliance with SEO best practices and relevance to our audience. Posts that don't meet these will not be accepted.
2. Exclusive publication: If we publish your post, it must remain exclusive to the Richpanel Blog. We don't accept previously published articles.
3. Editorial discretion: We reserve the right to edit for SEO, accuracy, and comprehensiveness, add calls-to-action, or remove posts if necessary.
4. We cannot guarantee publication: While we review all submissions carefully, publication is not guaranteed. If your pitch is relevant, you will be hearing from us about next steps.

Content that we publish are:

• Comprehensive, data-driven and actionable
• Written in a conversational, and educational tone.
• Packed with unique perspectives and high-quality writing
• Have no more than one link to your company's website
• Links to sources for any data or stats referred in the blog.
• 2-3 links to relevant Richpanel blog posts (we'll help you with this)

Content that we don’t publish are:

• Topics we've already covered extensively in our posts
• Promotional content about your product/service
• Inaccurate or offensive material
• Posts that are excessively critical of individuals or companies

Formatting Tips

• A structure with H2s, H3s, and H4s
• Keep paragraphs brief (3 sentences max)
• Use bullet points and numbered lists
• Include a strong intro and conclusion
• Cite sources for external images
• Proofread with tools like Grammarly or Hemingway Editor
